Denver Smith is a Co-founder of Carlson Ridge Capital. He currently serves as CFO and Co-CIO of Carlson Ridge Capital. He is also the lead manager of the CRC Founders Fund, LP. He earned undergraduate degrees in Finance and Economics, as well as an MBA, from the University of Oklahoma. He previously was a portfolio manager at 73114 Investments, LLC, and eventually became CIO of 73114. During his work as CIO, he instigated and helped negotiate the sale of 73114’s parent company to a publicly-traded REIT for over $150 million. He is a CFA charterholder.
Sam Jurrens is a Co-founder of Carlson Ridge Capital. He currently serves as CCO and Co-CIO of Carlson Ridge Capital as well as the lead manager for the CRC Dividend Value Fund, LP. He earned undergraduate degrees in International Business and Finance with a minor in Chinese from the University of Oklahoma. He previously worked at the Baker Group and now serves as CIO for F.I.G. Financial Advisory Services, Inc. He holds his CFP designation and is also a CFA Charterholder.
